Any individual or member club of this Association may be expelled or penalized by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees for any cause deemed sufficient by them, provided: The individual or member club is furnished, in writing, a specification of the charges against them at least ten (10) days before a hearing. (The accused may waive this ten-day notification right in order to expedite a hearing.) When a hearing upon these charges is scheduled, the member charged is to be notified of the time and place of the hearing and given an opportunity to attend and present evidence.
